todae went as usual again. went to school with my bloody school uniform jus to go for ss bridging. ppl paying attention during bridging, me and marcus was busy finding a job to work on during the holidaes. sadly ladyluck was not wif me and could not get a suitable job. then went with keane to simpang to eat prata, before his chi bridging.
during this time due to the 3hrs+ of nothing to do i took out my hp and played pokemon... play until so song den, this stupid nelson went and off it! nvm anw it's nt my cup of tea and i dun giv a damn. b4 long it is aq training.
went to meet at concourse at 2pm for aq training and see no sec2s the pon. this is the attitude of sec2 u see that is why there is a need for the bonding camp. zz brush up ur proposal and give an objective to each activity and see if the officers allow it dun take too long jus touch up on the objectives. then we walked to bedok stadium. did 2 rounds of self-paced running- shuld not had ran so fast... 3 sets of plank(1min), side plank(30sec each), crunches(20) and leg raise(20). tired? think again... 36 wide arm push-ups, and 45 Y-squat(this is the killer u shuld try it)! then pull-ups and downwards wide up pumping(30). When you think it is over there is 3 runds of sprinting 80sec for 400m and 3-5mins rest interval. if there is no warm-up... this would be no kick. but due to the magical Y-squats i ran for 2 runds and im almost dead, leg pain like f***. bt thks to the deep heat of the 1st aid kit, the burning took away most of the pain in my last rund arund bedok stadium.
the rest is nothing... went down to 85 to get a meal. ate chai chee porridge which taste amazingly wonderful. and waited till arund 7pm b4 a 17bus came. went home bath get ready for tmr band and wah la here typing all this crap.
